Import Contacts

On your profile, click Build Following. If you have Markit+, you can use the Upload Phone Numbers feature to import a following by uploading a .csv or excel file. The file needs to be formatted with two columns - one with names, and the other with the corresponding phone numbers.

After you have uploaded a spreadsheet, you will be directed to write a Welcome Text to the contacts you have invited to join your following; upon receiving this text, they can opt to accept or decline your invitation. You can test this text before sending - you can keep the default settings or you can choose to customize. Once per week, you can also send one of three preset messages to any pending audience members who have not yet replied; people that have accepted will be included in your following, and those that declined have replied STOP - you will not be able to message them again. ​
